Our monthly memberships give you the convenience and consistency of regular Pilates. Book classes each month and enjoy the flexibility to attend any session that fits your schedule, keeping your practice steady and seamless. All monthly memberships have a 3 month commitment.
New to Pilates?
We recommend starting with a private session or reaching out to the studio before your first class — that way, we can show you the ropes and make sure you feel confident and supported from the start.

Laura Hanlon Masterclass

Join us on for a special Masterclass Workshop featuring renowned Pilates teacher Laura Hanlon. This experience will place a special emphasis on athletic, Tower-based work and how to thoughtfully integrate it into dynamic, strength-focused programming.
Prenatal + Postnatal
If you’re under 20 weeks pregnant, you’re welcome to join any of our class formats. Once you’re past 20 weeks, we kindly ask that you check in with your doctor before booking.
For postnatal clients, medical clearance is required before returning to class. We also highly recommend booking a few private sessions to reconnect with your body, set personalized goals, and make sure you feel supported and confident coming back.
Prenatal Pilates: Strength, Support & Preparation

Price: $65 per person
Pregnancy is a season of change—and movement should support you through it, not overwhelm you. This Prenatal Pilates Workshop is designed to help expecting parents feel strong, informed, and confident in their bodies as they prepare for birth.
We’ll focus on:
Safe, effective strength training by trimester
Breathwork to support core stability and labor preparation
Pelvic floor awareness and connection
Common discomforts (back, hips, rib cage) and how to move through them
Modifications you can take into any workout or daily life
This workshop blends mindful education with movement, leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and supported.
Open to all trimesters. No prior Pilates experience required.
Postnatal Pilates: Restore, Rebuild & Reconnect

The postpartum body deserves patience, intention, and intelligent progression. This Postnatal Pilates Workshop is designed to help you reconnect to your body after birth—whether you’re weeks or months postpartum.
We’ll cover:
Rebuilding deep core strength and pelvic floor function
Diastasis recti awareness and safe strengthening
Restoring mobility through hips, spine, and shoulders
When—and how—to return to more challenging movement
Nervous system regulation and breathwork for recovery
This is a supportive, judgment-free space to move, learn, and reconnect with yourself—at your own pace.
Open to all postpartum timelines.
Private Group Buy-Outs
Calma Pilates offers private studio buy-outs for a more intimate, personalized experience. Enjoy exclusive access to the space, thoughtfully tailored sessions, and the calm, elevated environment that defines our practice—perfect for special occasions, corporate wellness, or gathering with friends.
Membership Termination
Calma Pilates memberships cannot be frozen or suspended. Memberships may be canceled by the client through the Calma Pilates app or website, or by emailing hello@calmapilatesstudio.com. Memberships cannot be canceled prior to the end of the commitment period. All cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the cancellation has been successfully completed and confirmed.
