Kaylee Boyle

Co-Founder

When Kaylee lived in Argentina, she learned to love three things - the Spanish language, wine and Pilates. She began her certification there over ten years ago, continued training in Mexico, and finished both Mat and Reformer modules through Balanced Body when she moved to Santa Barbara in 2021. She has been teaching ever since. A lifelong student of fitness and endurance, Kaylee competed in Division I swimming at Cal Poly SLO, completed a Half Ironman, and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro among other things. Her Pilates style is athletic, focused on strength and endurance, with some fun variations added in. She is inspired by the power of the human body to move, strengthen and evolve.

Alaina Patton

Co-Founder

Alaina has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry since 2017, beginning her teaching journey while completing her nursing degree at the University of Michigan. She started teaching at Solidcore, where she discovered a love for strength-based, intentional movement, and went on to become a certified personal trainer. She later earned her Mat and Reformer certifications through Balanced Body. Her classes emphasize strength and control through deliberate, form-focused movement. A lifelong wellness enthusiast, Alaina finds joy in all things movement, food, and community — from discovering new coffee spots to exploring complementary workouts that keep her inspired beyond the studio.
