Our Approach

Calma brings a fresh approach to movement, strength, and balance. Our classes blend the precision and flow of classical Pilates with the intensity and innovation of athletic, contemporary reformer training, creating a dynamic experience that challenges both body and mind.

Rooted in the Spanish word for calm, Calma reflects our belief that true strength isn’t rushed. Even in the most demanding workouts, there’s room to pause, breathe, and move with intention.

With the versatility of the Merrithew Reformer + Tower system, each session is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and restore—building stability, flexibility, and endurance through intentional movement. Rooted in classical Pilates and elevated with a modern, athletic approach, Calma offers a supportive space to deepen your practice, recover with care, or challenge your edge. After class, continue the experience at our in-studio coffee bar with handcrafted espresso—because wellness is about both body and soul.

Move with intention.
Stay for the calm.
