While prior Pilates experience is recommended, you do not need to be an instructor to participate. A consistent personal practice will help you get the most from the course.

The Mat Intensive focuses on teaching Pilates mat exercises, movement principles, and programming. The Reformer Intensive focuses on using the Reformer to teach exercises, progressions, safety, and equipment-based programming.

No. The courses can be taken independently, though many students choose to complete both as part of their instructor education.
